First grade corn print collages....
These corn cobs were donated by the Lyndale Stand on Rt. 44. It's on the right as you drive east and it is open all year round with seasonal vegies, feeds and bird seeds (and nice people). The corn got lots of use at Waddell School and Nathan Hale School. |

| Students have different styles. Some people planned a pattern, while others experimented with color mixing. | ||||||||||
| Clean up was sort of weird. It's not every day I wash corn over and over again.
The turquoise paint stained the kernels. By the end of the day it was almost neon looking. Our hands ended up the same way but luckily a real good wash with warm water and soap when the kids got home got most everyone back to normal. |

| I forgot to photograph the finished collages. (sigh)
I'll see if any were displayed at either of my schools and add them, or I will add one of an example I made. |
